No Show/Broken Appointment Policy
We are dedicated to providing the best dental care possible for our patients. We want to give our patients the time and INDIVIDUAL attention they deserve. In a sincere effort to acknowledge the importance of each patient’s time, and to remain on time during our busy schedule, we must ask you to ARRIVE ON TIME FOR THE APPOINTMENT. This allows us to be able to see all of our patients that are scheduled in a timely and efficient manner. When you are late or fail to make a scheduled appointment, this may jeopardize treatment. It also affects other patients that have appointments that day. As a courtesy, our office will attempt to contact you to confirm your surgery appointment; however, we ask that you assume responsibility for your scheduled appointments. We ask that you call back to confirm your appointed time and date, or you may reschedule with 2 business days notice.
In an effort to serve all our patients that have dental needs, we must ask that you acknowledge our missed appointment policy. A time is specifically set aside for your appointment, should you miss a surgery appointment at Gilmore Memorial Hospital, Monroe Regional Hospital or Panola Medical Center you will be assessed a “missed appointment” and we will NOT be able to reschedule your surgery appointment.
Patients may change or cancel their appointment with at least 2 business days notice
