Meet The Staff

Courtney Ruder

Co-owner and Dental Assistant

I grew up in the Bootheel of Missouri.  I attended Ole Miss and graduated from Parkey and Davis ADAA School.  My true passion is caring for others, especially young children.

I have worked with my best friend, my husband, Dr. Ruder since 2012.  I am his primary assistant at the office and in the operating room.  I feel blessed to be able to start and end the day with my husband.  I truly believe that our dental team is the best around.  Our staff always goes above and beyond for our patients and they genuinely enjoy taking care of others.  We founded Ruder Hospital Dentistry, P.C. because we saw a need for the underserved in North Mississippi.

When I am not working I enjoy spending time with my family.  I have 3 sisters and 2 brothers.  I love going to Disney World and watching Disney Movies.  But, my favorite movie is “The Grinch” which I have probably seen over 100 times (I make Dr. Ruder watch it with me every Christmas).

I was born and raised in Amory, MS. I graduated from Amory High School in 2005, and went on to receive my Associates of Arts Degree from ICC in 2009. I have worked in the dental field since 2006, and have been with Dr. Ruder since he opened his practice in June 2014. I absolutely enjoy working with everyone on staff.

I married my husband Joseph in 2009. We have 3 children: Wyatt, Peyton, and Isaac, who keep us pretty busy. We really enjoy taking vacations whenever we can, and during my free time I love reading.
